Chief of Social Events


Alexis is passionate about increasing equity and opportunity in our social systems, particularly within education. Her focus is exploring the ways leadership and innovation can enable and empower students and communities. She is currently an MPP1 at HKS and is jointly a MBA candidate at HBS. At HKS, she serves on the Black Policy Conference and Black Student Union Executive Boards, and is an Associate with the Office of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging. Alexis spent three years as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group, where she was part of the People & Organization and Social Impact practices. Alexis holds a B.A., with distinction, in African American Studies and a certificate in International Human Rights from Yale University. She is a former intern at the Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights, under the Obama administration. She is originally from Cary, North Carolina.
