Dr. Angela Jackson is an impact investing and environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) expert. As a leader in the future of work, Dr. Jackson has deep knowledge of technological trends that are transforming organizations and human capital infrastructure necessary to increase sustainability. Currently, Dr. Jackson is currently the Chief Ecosystem Investment Officer at Kapor Enterprises, where she manages an investment portfolio spanning education and workforce tech.


In 2020, Dr. Jackson launched the Future of Work Grand Challenge initiative that resulted in the development of an ecosystem of over 60 employers, foundations and education operating partners that reskilled and placed 25,000 workers impacted by COVID in living-wage jobs and invested $5M in to Black, Latinx and Indigenous entrepreneurs who are creating an equitable future of work.


Dr. Jackson has been a C-Suite advisor to over 100 workforce and EdTech startup organizations. She works with executive teams to connect social impact outcomes to broader business goals—proving that business is a critical platform for societal change. She currently serves as an advisor to Guild Education and Freedom Learning group and serves on the Board of Directors of Summer Search and Beyond12.


As a subject matter expert in the future of work and learning, Dr. Jackson is widely published in leading journals including Harvard Business Review and Stanford Social Innovation Review and has spoken at numerous conferences including The Economist, Wall Street Journal and TED conferences.
